I am M. Ignacia Adriasola, Nutritionist and Dietitian (Universidad de Chile, 2002), and Holistic Therapist in SAAMA Quantum Therapy, Somatic Trauma Healing and PHP Techniques.

 

For over two decades, I worked in various fields of nutrition—assisting patients with nutritional issues and chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart diseases; teaching nutrition and gastronomy students; managing a healthy catering business and restaurant; and conducting workshops on comprehensive healthy nutrition and healthy cooking.

Despite my dedication to improving patients health through nutrition, I realized true well-being extends beyond diet and exercise.

 

In 2019, I trained in SAAMA Comprehensive Quantum Healing Therapy, a transformative method that shifted my perspective. As someone with a traditional background and mindset, it took me time to open up to this new word, but the more I practice it, the more I understand it and feel it deeply rooted in my heart. It has become the passion of my life, filling me with joy and fulfillment.

In 2024, I learnt about Somatic Trauma Healing Therapies, which helps reconnect with the body after a traumatic event, and I wanted to complement my SAAMA knowledge with this approach.

​

It was a beautiful experience of learning, growth and love tha ultimately led me bak to SAAMA.

​

This journey taught me that our true and ultimately healing always guide us to our trascendental Soul, rather than clingign to this temporary body, which is merely our companion for experiencing and learning the lessons our Soul has come to embrace. 

That is what I have live and experienced through SAAMA.

I am grateful to my teachers, who have been guides and paths of learning, helping me discover and open my self to the Love that has sealed the vocation in my soul and to lose the fear of walking, serving and loving whoever may need me.
