The holistic Therapies offered by Ignacia Healing Vibes, including SAAMA Quantum Healing Therapy, Somatic Trauma Healing and other complementary practices, are designed to support your overall well.being and do not replace tradicional medical treatmentsprescrimed by your treating physician. Ig you are undergoing medical treatment at the time of a therapy session, it is your responsibility to continue adhering to your physician's instructions unless the modify or discontinue said treatment. 

Only your treating physician has the authority to adjust or discontinue your prescribed medical treatment.

We are fully exonerated from any liability arising form the interruption abandonment or desviation from medical treatment without the express consent of your treating physician.

By booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree that our therapies are complementary and do not substitute professional medica care.

   Every piece of personal data requested is specifically collected to provide you with the best healing service tailored by our therapists. Your information will not be used for any other purpose unless explicitly stated and consented to by you.

 

3. **Informed Consent and Therapy Process**  

   We fully inform all clients about the nature of our therapies, including:  

   - **Post-Therapy Healing Reactions**: Some sessions may trigger temporary reactions due to energetic adjustments and patient resistance. These may include spontaneous symptoms or an intensification of pre-existing conditions, lasting up to 48 hours. These are self-limiting, require only rest and hydration, and do not indicate illness or qualify for refunds.  

   - **Layered Healing Process**: Healing occurs in layers, and not all conditions may resolve in one session. Additional sessions may be recommended, as advised at the end of each therapy, and this is a normal part of the process, not grounds for a refund.  

   - **Personal Responsibility**: The healing process addresses what is present in your energetic field during the session. Recurring toxic thought patterns may recreate blockages, which reflects your personal process and choices, not a therapy failure, and is not eligible for a refund.  

   By booking a session, you acknowledge this information.

 

4. **Media Consent**  

   Occasionally, we may record workshops (e.g., Workshop Food in Harmony) for educational or promotional purposes. We will only share these recordings with your explicit informed consent, obtained through a consent form or checkbox on our website before any sharing occurs. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@ignaciahealingvibes.com. Any media, such as meeting recordings, will not be used or shared without your prior approval.

 

5. **Data Protection and Sharing**  

   Your data is safeguarded by Wix and PayPal Privacy Policies. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent. If an exceptional situation requires sharing (e.g., legal or safety reasons), it will be communicated to you via a consent form, which must be accepted and approved before any action is taken.
