My intervention begins with a gentle Quantum Therapy process that uses energy healing to release unconscious emotional and energetic blockages. This helps uncover and resolve the causes of unhealthy eating habits and physical problems and supports the psychological aspects associated with the process of changing habits, improving physical, mental, emotional, and nutritional health, achieving a longer-term impact on health and well-being. Furthermore, I provide criteria that allow the client to integrate new healthy eating habits in harmony with their culture and lifestyle, promoting a progressive, kind, and compassionate change for themselves.

Holistic Diet Plan

Understanding the Holistic Nutrition Approach, makes it easier to grasp the concept of a Holistic Diet Plan.

Since nutrition is a matter that encompasses physical, social, emotional, cultural, psychological, and spiritual aspects, any dietary approach must consider all those factors to be effective and sustainable over the time.
