Refund Policy
At Ignacia Healing Vibes, we are committed to providing transformative holistic therapies and nutritions services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terns and conditions that apply to your sessions.

1. **Cancellation and No shows**
​
- You may cancel your session (e.g.,SAAMA, Nutrition, Somatic) up to 24 hours before scheduled time to receive a full refund.
​
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice will not be elegible for a refund.
​
-If you fail to attend your session without prior notice (no show), no refund will be issued.
​
-Free session, such as Free Call, have no cost and are not elegible for refunds.

2- **Post-Therapy Healing Reactions**
​
Sometimes, therapies may trigger a post- therapy healing reaction due to energetic adjustments form the healing process and the patient's resistance to it. This may manifest as spontaneous symptoms or an intensification of pre-existing symptoms. This reactions are not indicativo of any illness, are self limiting and typically resolve spontaneously within 48 hours, just as they appeared. They do not requiere medication - Only rest and hidratación are recommended. Please note that such healing reactions do not constitute grounded of a refund.

3. **Layered Healing Process**
​
Not all conditions are resolved in a single session. Healing often occurs in layers, addressing issues step by step, and may require multiple sessions to achieve complete results. At the end of each session, we will provide guidance on whether additional session are recommended to continue your healing journey. The need for further sessions duos not qualify as a reason for refund.

4. **Recurring Patterns and Personal Responsibility**
​
The healing process may release emotions tied to various experiences across different levels of your energy field. We address what is present in your energetic field at the time of the session. However, if a client reverts to the same toxic thoughts patterns or behaviors, this may recreate the same energetic blockages. This recurrence is nost a failure of the therapy but a reflection of the client's personal process and choices. Such outcomes are not grounds for a refund.

5. **Refund process**.
​
Refundé, when applicable, are a processed via PayPal and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

6. **Exceptions**
​
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies, please contact us at info@ignaciahealingvibes.com to discuss your situation, and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.
