Legal Advisement

The holistic Therapies offered by Ignacia Healing Vibes, including SAAMA Quantum Healing Therapy, Somatic Trauma Healing and Holistic Nutrition, are designed to support your overall well-being and do not replace tradicional medical treatments prescribed by your treating physician. If you are undergoing medical treatment at the time of a therapy session, it is your responsibility to continue adhering to your physician's instructions unless he modify or discontinue said treatment.

Only your treating physician has the authority to adjust or discontinue your prescribed medical treatment.

We are fully exonerated from any liability arising form the interruption abandonment or desviation from medical treatment without the express consent of your treating physician.

By booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree that our therapies are complementary and do not substitute professional medica care.

1. **Booking and Payments**

- All sessions are booked through Wix Bookings and paid via PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

- We offer Only ONLINE online sessions.

2. **Cancellations and Refunds**

- Refer to our Refund Policy for detailed terms. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

- Post-therapy healing reactions, the need for multiple sessions, or recurring patterns due to personal choices are not grounds for refunds.

3. **Therapy Process and Disclaimers**

- Our therapies may involve healing reactions (e.g., arising temporary symptoms or exacerbation of pre-existing symptoms, lasting up to 48 hours), which are normal self limited and do not require medication— just rest and hydration.

- Healing occurs in layers and may require multiple sessions, as advised by your therapist.

- Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on your energetic state and personal choices. Recurring toxic thought patterns may recreate blockages, which does not constitute a failure of the therapy.

4. **Client Responsibilities**

- You must provide accurate information during booking and disclose any relevant health conditions before sessions.

- You agree to follow any post-session guidance (e.g., rest, hydration) to support your healing process.

5. **Media Consent**

- Workshops (e.g., Workshop Food in Harmony) may be recorded for educational or promotional purposes. We will obtain your explicit consent via a form or checkbox before sharing any recordings, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. **Changes to Terms**

7. **Good conduct and Respectful Behavior**

- We are committed to maintaining an environment of respect and cordiality in all interactions between the parties, including clients, users, and our team. Te use of insults, derogatory language, offensive comments, or any form of disrespectful treatment is strictly prohibited, whether in Witten, verbal communications, or through any channel related to ur services.

Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of your account or access to the site, without entitlement to a refund, at our sole discretion.
